GreatVil uses automated systems to help identify possible ownership matches. These systems assist recovery but do not guarantee that an item will be returned. Ownership verification may require additional confirmation.

5. Safe Exchanges

For your safety, always:

  • Meet in public, well-lit places

  • Use locations like police stations, malls, or staffed public facilities

  • Avoid private homes or unsafe locations

  • Avoid nighttime exchanges unless at staffed locations

GreatVil does not supervise or control exchanges between users.

6. Responsible Use

You may not:

  • Impersonate others

  • Make false ownership claims

  • Upload harmful or illegal content

  • Attempt to misuse the platform

Violations may result in account suspension.

7. No Guarantee of Recovery

GreatVil helps facilitate recovery but cannot guarantee:

  • That items will be found

  • That matches will be correct

  • That items will be returned
